It's a nightmare and they say that's all. A fictitious story of a messed up world. What makes you so sure?

It all happened so fast. The moment you could have been expecting to get. We all fall hard. We all fall. It comes in with a bang and goes out just the same. We're all just looking for something to call ours.

I want a place to rest my head. My disillusioned head. Is that too much to ask for?

Do what you do if you've got to do it. But, do what you do because you believe in it. We all get lost. We all find ourselves in the middle of some big distraction. We're all just looking for something to call ours.

I give and give, but it all gets taken away. I give and give and watch it all get taken away. I give and give but it all gets taken away. I give and give. Well can't I get a little taste of what it's like to finally get something in return.

You can spend your whole life trying to make up your mind. To take a position on something just to have a position at all. But why am I trying so fucking hard to please everyone oh anyone at all. I should spend more time pleasing me.
